What makes ad notam screens unique?
ad notam screens use custom-engineered technology and a proprietary factory calibration algorithm to deliver high-quality images seamlessly through glass or mirrors. This ensures crystal-clear picture quality with no gaps between the screen and the surface.
How is the ad notam screen installed behind mirrors?
All ad notam products come with an advanced D.O.G. system architecture, a unique mounting system designed to securely and gapless position the screen behind any glass or mirror surface, ensuring a sleek and futuristic look.
Will the image quality be affected by the mirror?
Mirrors are reflective surfaces. Therefore in certain light conditions, you may see some reflections inside the screen area, however our factory-calibrated technology ensures that images appear sharp and vibrant, seamlessly integrating with the mirror as if they were part of the surface itself. To avoid reflections, it is recommend to not install our products opposite a window.
Where can the product be installed?
The product is for indoor use only. It is safe for bathroom Zone 3 (IPX2 rating). Contact us if you need guidance for other zones.
Can I install the product in a damp location, like a bathroom?
Yes, but follow specific installation guidelines. The power adapter must be placed outside restricted zones. Regulations vary by region—consult a specialist. In most countries, installations must follow DIN VDE 0100 T.701.

How does shipping work for my order?
We charge you for shipping costs because our products are delicate glassware that cannot be stacked during transport. Therefore, the carrier requires additional space.
Depending on your configured model and its width, different shipping costs apply, which you can see when checking out your order.
How are the products packaged?
The products are packaged either in cardboard or wooden boxes. Most products are delivered in wooden boxes to prevent any risk of breakage during transport.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

The majority of our products are custom-made according to your configuration selections; this results in a certain delivery time.
In-stock products are delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Custom-made products are delivered within 6-8 weeks.
Can I track my order once it’s shipped?
We ship with various carriers. Not all of them, provide shipment tracking. If available, you can track the status of your shipment using the link included in your shipping notification.
What if I need my order sooner?
Our production time is based on custom configurations, and we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you have an urgent request, please contact us, and we will explore possible solutions.

Warranty
Below are some common questions about our warranty
How long is my product covered under warranty?
Your product is covered for two years from the date of purchase, provided it has been used according to the Handling Care, Operating, and Installation instructions.
What does the warranty cover?
If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, ad notam will repair or replace it free of charge.
What if my product has minor pixel errors?
Minor pixel variations are a natural characteristic of LCD/LED panels. However, if there are more than two pixel errors when the product is first started, it may be considered defective under the warranty.
Does the warranty cover accidental damage?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage from mishandling, accidents, or environmental factors such as fire or water exposure.
What can I do to ensure the best performance of my product?
Following installation guidelines, handling care instructions, and using the original packaging for transportation will help maintain your product’s performance and ensure a hassle-free warranty experience.
Are warranty extensions available?
For some of our products we also offer warranty extensions. Please contact us if you are interested to purchase a warranty extension.
Refund & Returns
Below are some common questions about refund & returns
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
For in-stock and standard products, you can, of course, cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. A specific reason is not required. However, your right of withdrawal is excluded for individual custom-made items. You can see whether your purchase is a standard product or a custom-made item in the product description.
How do I request a return?
To exercise your right to withdraw, please inform us by sending a clear statement via:

You may also use our withdrawal form, though it is not prefilled.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your withdrawal request is processed, we will refund your payment within 14 days, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.
How should I package my return?
To prevent damage, please use the original packaging if available. If the item is damaged due to insufficient packaging, repair eligibility will be determined at our discretion.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping is to be covered by the customer. Return shipments have to be insured against damage.
