Apple TV and Fire TV
Third-party streaming devices like Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV are of course fully compatible with ad notam. In contrast to ad notam‘s competing products, no two remote controls are required, because the ad notamproduct can be controlled with the remote control of Apple or Amazon streaming devices. For this purpose you have to set your ad notam product to auto signal detection setting.
Auto Signal Detection
With the Input Scan setting you can activate the automatic detection of connected input sources, when they are switched on. If there is no signal at the currently selected port the screen searches for signals on the other ports. If a signal is found then the screen will select this port and display your content immediately.
This helps eliminating the need for turning on and off the screen, it will turn on automatically once your input source is playing an image - life is more convenient.
